Litigation assistance

Clarity IAQ & Environmental Consulting, LLC provides litigation-support services involving indoor environmental conditions, moisture intrusion, mold, indoor air quality, HVAC and ventilation, and building-performance concerns. Led by a Board-Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant, we assist attorneys, insurers, property owners, contractors, and other parties with technically sound investigation, documentation, and communication of site conditions. A technical fact witness addresses firsthand observations, work performed, records created, and other direct knowledge relevant to the matter.

Services may include site inspections; moisture and building-envelope evaluations; thermal imaging; HVAC, ventilation, duct-leakage, and blower-door assessments; environmental sampling coordination; photographic and instrument documentation; review of inspection records; and clear explanation of observed conditions and testing results. Our work is intended to help legal teams and decision-makers understand the technical facts, scope of observed conditions, and relevant building-science considerations.
